Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from E.Moore & Partners, LLC. This policy explains how refunds work.

Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final once downloaded or accessed.

Consulting Packages

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before your first session.

  • Partial refund or credit may be offered for cancellations less than 14 days but before services begin.

  • No refunds once sessions have started or for missed appointments.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

Workshops and Events

Payments are non-refundable. However, with 72 hours’ notice, your payment may be applied as a credit toward another program or transferred to another participant.

Extenuating Circumstances

If a technical issue or error occurs with your purchase, contact us. We will investigate and may issue a refund or credit when appropriate.

How to Request

Send your request to estelle@emoorepartners.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request. We will reply within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
